Yes. Our role goes beyond simply preparing the study. We support the requirements for obtaining environmental approvals and follow up on the technical file with the National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC) until the environmental permit for the facility is issued.

This is carried out through field data collection and laboratory testing of air, soil, water, and the surrounding habitats at the project site. This analysis forms the cornerstone of accurately assessing potential environmental impacts and developing proactive solutions before project implementation begins.

We provide a comprehensive study that includes: project description, baseline environmental analysis (Baseline Study), assessment of potential environmental impacts, scientifically based mitigation measures, and the development of Environmental Management Plans (EMP) to ensure project sustainability.

This study assures investors and regulatory authorities (such as the National Center for Environmental Compliance) that the project will not cause irreversible environmental damage. Obtaining environmental approval is also a key step toward securing operational licenses and financing from funding entities.

The difference lies in the scale of the potential environmental impact. Category (2) applies to projects with moderate environmental impact and requires a detailed evaluation, while Category (3) applies to projects with significant or high environmental impact and requires a comprehensive and in-depth Environmental Impact Assessment (Comprehensive EIA) in accordance with the approved EIA guidelines in the Kingdom.
